It is the club’s aim to provide feedback to all its youth members to support each and every player’s development no matter what their level or aspiration. We also encourage players to reflect on their own playing qualities, including their superstrengths as well as the areas where they need to focus to improve. For players in the older age-groups, we have development plans available to support them, and encourage players to discuss these with their coaches to identify what support can be provided.
