If you are happy to join the club click on the green button ‘Join this club’. If you can't see this then it may be that you are the parent/guardian and you have logged in. Please log out and then start the joining process.
Input the name of the person joining (please use the child’s name for U14 and U16 members) along with the email address that can be used for contact purposes – this can be the parent/guardian or the child’s but please note this will be used for invitations to match selection, training notifications and general communication etc. Lastly you will need to create a password to be used for logging in. The phone number is optional.
You will need to check each of the boxes that describe the terms of service for Pitchero and the club and you will then receive a notification to your email address to confirm the details.
After this you will be presented with a screen showing a number of roles. You can ignore this at this stage (see next step).
Once logged in you can click on your icon on the top right corner to access your account and this will take you to the overview. One of the options is ‘Your Roles’ where you can select which team you wish to apply to join.
Click ‘apply for roles’ and then ‘player’. Scroll down to the Junior section and select the appropriate team:
Year 11 = U16
Year 10 = U15
Year 9 = U14
Year 8 = U13
Your application has then been submitted and will be approved by the coach/manager/co-ordinator as appropriate. It will show as pending until it has been approved.
On this same screen you will see ‘payments’ on the menu bar. Click here and the ‘view products’ to see the membership options. You can select the appropriate membership:
U16 is for both U16 and U15
U14 is for both U14 and U13
Please follow the instructions through to complete the transaction and then your membership will be paid. This will take a few days to show in your bank account.
By joining the club you agree to our terms, conditions and policies which includes consent for photographs and videos to be used on our website and social media pages. If you do not want to consent to this please contact the Welfare Officer
